All Estimates are good for 30 days, after this time pricing may change due to industry conditions.  

There is no expressed warranty on parts or labor unless otherwise noted.

Any vehicle left at our facility may incur a storage fee if work is denied by the customer and/or the vehicle is otherwise left at our facility under our care without payment for longer than 7 days, and/or if vehicle is not picked up within 7 days of completion without prior consent.

Any parts or items left at our facility by the owner/customer must be picked up within 7 business days. If any items are not picked up within this time they will be considered abandoned and will become property of Circuit Motorsports (unless otherwise noted).

Returns are only accepted when an item has not been unpackaged or damaged. The Purchaser may be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee of the final price of the item. Cancellation of an order will incur a 5% minimum fee of total sale UNLESS item has already been ordered and shipped, which will then be considered a return.

All sales are considered final and any deposits or payments made toward parts and/or work are considered non-refundable.

Any damage to vehicles will fall under the responsibility of the owners insurance policy .

Any missing parts, damage, or issues must be noted before vehicle leaves property, otherwise all claims against us will be forfeit.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products and/or services sold by Circuit Motorsports Corp. are designated "Race Only" and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and/or Federal laws. Circuit Motorsports Corp does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products and/or services it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.  

Any vehicles towed to our facility must be inspected before and after by the vehicle owner - vehicles are often damaged in towing and we are not to be held responsible as a result (We do NOT offer towing services).

We do our absolute best to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with our work.  Unfortunately sometimes we get caught up in issues with very un-reasonable people or scammers and as such the above is a guideline for our policies - if you have any questions on the above please reach out to us - we very much strive to resolve any issues amicably when possible!
